Now, through a trivial disconnection of the battery (no hardware change) I was yet again asked to reactivate. This worked fine for years until last week.

I have just been quitting it when it popped up and word/excel continued working fine minus annoyingly popping up this window frequently. Reactivating yet again through 365 changed nothing about this. For reasons, I had a 365 account and started using this for activation.Īfter swapping out SSD a month ago (2011 pro 10.13.6) the 365 route gave me an ambivalent activation: I could open and fully use programs but I kept getting the activation window pop up.
